TeleGroup Infosec conference was launched with the aim of raising the level of IT security of the Western Balkans and has become one of the most important IT Security event in this region. As IT company dealing with security technologies, we wanted to support the efforts of regional IT associations to draw attention to state structures and the general public about information security as the most important resource of each state, as well as to the existence of increasingly sophisticated threats in cyber space that could jeopardize the stability of the regional economy and societies. In that sense, it is necessary to introduce systematic mechanisms for protection against cybercrime, which is a common responsibility of state structures and economy, where IT companies are expected to provide quality solutions.
Through cooperation with the global leaders in Network, Data, Application and Cloud Security, TeleGroup launched its first conference in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2011, in Serbia in 2013, and since 2015, Infosec is regularly held on the Montenegrin market. The company’s long-term goal is to organize the conference which will each year deal with the most current topics in the field of information security and together with IT Security partners, propose solutions that will help businesses and state institutions to protect overall information resources.
This year, for the first time, TeleGroup is organizing regional Infosec conference under the auspices of HRH Crown Prince Alexander II of Serbia Foundation for Education and culture.

HRH Crown Prince Aleksandar II Karadjordjević
HRH Crown Prince Alexander was educated at Trinity School (New York City, United States), Marie-José (Switzerland), Le Rosey (Switzerland), Culver Military Academy (United States), Gordonstoun School (Scotland) and Millfield (England). He subsequently went to the British Royal Military Academy and in 1966 was commissioned an officer in the British Army. After leaving the army in 1972, Crown Prince Alexander II, who speaks several languages, pursued a career in international business. HRH Crown Prince Alexander enjoys skiing, sailing, water skiing, scuba diving and tennis. His other interests include music, theatre, information technology, and current affairs.
Diana Gligorijević, Chief Marketing Officer, Member of the Executive Board, TeleGroup
Having developed fruitful career in UN and aero and telecommunication industry abroad, she has implemented the experience and knowledge into building TeleGroup as a successful IT Solution Provider and telecommunication company that has grown into the industry leader of Serbia. The Sorbonne University M.Sc. degree in Sociolinguistics and MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Pennsylvania, USA have enabled her to build a successful team that set the trends of the industry as a whole. Dalibor Ratković, IT Security director, TeleGroup
Dalibor Ratković participated and run projects in the field of implementation of all types of telecommunication networks, maintenance and servicing various hardware and software systems. He has extensive experience in advanced IT services, especially in the field of Information Security. Dalibor is specialized in advanced business information systems, but primarily in providing security and high reliability of user’s applications. Dalibor has numerous certificates in the field of IT security: CCNA, CCDA, CCAI, BSCI, CQS, TrendMicro Security Professional, CICSP, etc.
Jovana Majstorović, Program Director of European Data Protection Institute
Jovana Majstorović is Co-founder of European Data Protection Institute, independent think-tank organization established in Belgrade. She is also a certified Data Protection Officer. Within the work of the Institute Jovana has been engaged as a Director of program development as well as education programs that provide comprehensive introduction and practical understanding of the implementation implications, legal requirements and how to implement the GDPR regulation in the organization. Besides, Jovana has extensive knowledge of international economic relations, which adds to her professional experience in the last ten years working in the international business environment, closely following economy of Serbia and European Union. She has been working with Serbian and international business community, international organizations, government, NGO sector, think-tank organizations and media representatives.
Sava Savić, Assistant Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications
He began his career in 1998 as an administrator and coordinator of student exchange program and continued as an assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. He worked in the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (2009-2012) as the coordinator of IT components of the project implemented under the auspices of the World Bank. In the Ministry, he was a project manager for key business and IT procurement. He participated with the IT team of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health in establishing interoperability and development of IT systems. As an IT consultant, he worked on the project related to the establishment of the Central Registry of Compulsory Social Security, in order to solve the problem of downtime of this project. From 2012-2014 he has worked for the Digital Agenda Directorate as Assistant Director. In recent years he actively participated in the work of professional associations and world expert meetings.
Mihailo Jovanović, Director of Information Technology and Electronic Administration, Office for Information Technology and Electronic Administration
Mihailo Jovanović, Ph.D. is a doctor of economics and a senior lecturer in the field of quantitative science. He has 20 years of professional experience in Telekom and the Post of Serbia, where he was responsible for information technology, electronic communications, and development. Some of the very successful references of Mihailo in the field of electronic administration are: design, development and implementation of a complete new postal technology information system and the construction of regional postal and logistics centers in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Nis, establishment of the first qualified certification bodies for the issue of qualified electronic certificates and timestamps, establishing a central system of electronic registers, applying citizens for free shares and trading in securities, registering citizens in the process of applying for restitution and technical and technological support to citizens in the process of digitizing TV signals.
Miodrag Vojinović, Chief Technical Officer, Telekom Srpske
As a recipient of the scholarship of Telekom Srpske, Miodrag Vojinović was employed with the Company and passed the development path from the Assistant Engineer, Senior Engineer, Department Head, and Sector Head to the Function Director. He participated in the projects such as prepaid system, IPTV, wireless access network modernization, the introduction of FTTH, ngHLR, number portability, IMS, mobile broadband, SBC and many more. He performed his professional advancement in the USA, China, Germany, and Austria.

Dino Novak is a Territory Account Manager for Adriatic Region at F5 Networks. He was born in Split in February 1974, in 1996 he graduated Management and IT magna cum-laude at University in Zagreb. He also holds magna cum-laude MBA degree at Cotrugli Business School from 2009. He had a rich technical and management experience working for large local and worldwide known IT companies and building IT distribution channel in the Adriatics region for past 18 years. His specializations and areas of expertise are networking and security. At F5 Networks he is responsible for development and performance of the sales channel and partner enablement in the Adriatic region.
H.E. Kyle Scott, US Ambassador to the Republic of Serbia
In 2015, Kyle Scott was nominated as the next U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Serbia. He is a career U.S. Foreign Service officer, having served with the U.S. Department of State for more than 30 years. Among his postings, he was U.S. consul general in Milan, Italy. Prior to that, he served as deputy chief of mission and deputy head of the U.S. Delegation to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and political minister counselor at the U.S. Mission to the European Union. He also served in Hungary, Moscow, Israel, Croatia, and at the U.S. Missions to the UN. He received a bachelor’s degree in German language and literature from Arizona State University and completed his graduate work in international business and finance at Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management.
H.E. Alona Fisher-Kamm, Ambassador of Israel in Serbia
Dr. Alona Fisher-Kamm is a career diplomat with more than 25 years of experience in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem. Her first post was in Buenos Aires in the Culture, Media and Public Diplomacy Department. Later on she was in charge of Training Bureau at the Ministry in Jerusalem preparing young Israeli diplomats for their future missions abroad. She was also a Senior Fellow at the Richard and Rhoda Goldman Fund in the Hartog School at the Tel Aviv University. Prior to that, Mrs. Fisher-Kamm was a fellow at the Forum for Liberal Nationalism in the Menachem Begin Heritage Center in Jerusalem. Dr. Fisher-Kamm has a PhD. in political science from the Tel Aviv University. She completed her Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the Tel Aviv University with honors. She speaks Hebrew, English, French and Spanish.
Andreja Mladenović, Deputy Mayor, the City of Belgrade
Andreja Mladenović was born in 1975 in Belgrade. He studied and graduated in the field of international business and law. He completed his master studies at the Faculty of International Engineering Management and enrolled in PhD studies at the European University in Belgrade.<br /> From 2004 to 2008 he was a member of the City Council in the areas of sport and youth. During his mandate in the City Council, he was a Vice President of the Organizing Committee of the European Youth Olympics in 2007, and a member of the Executive Committee of the XXV Summer Universidad in Belgrade in 2009. He is currently working as a Deputy Major of Belgrade.
Milan Simić, Director for IT support & ICT services, Telekom Srbija
Currently Milan Simić holds the position of Executive Director for IT Support and ICT Services at Telekom Srbija a.d. which is responsible for planning, development and management of the IT infrastructure, platforms and ICT services. Before coming to this position, he was IT Function Director and Manager of the IT Development and Integration Department in Telekom Srbija a.d. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Srpske a.d., Banja Luka until 2010 when he was designated as a member of the Auditing Board of the daughter company. Milan Simić also participated in the implementation of the OSS/BSS platform during the commissioning of m:tel Montenegro.
Žiga Benedik, Regional Account Manager, Adriatics, Trend Micro
Žiga Benedik is responsible for the development of Trend Micro's business in Adriatic region, Albania and Bulgaria. He has been active in the IT industry for almost 10 years and his professional experience includes several technology and trade positions in IT organizations. Before working for Trend Micro he worked at several roles in the IT field ranking from big enterprises to distribution. His competences include managing relations with key clients, strategic partners, and introducing high-tech companies to the Adriatic market.
Predrag Spasić, Sales manager Serbia and Macedonia, Check Point Software Technologies
Being an expert in the areas of business development, telecommunications, solution selling, sales and in key account management, Predrag Spasić has been working for almost three years as a Major Account Manager for Adriatics at Check Point Software Technologies. Before that, he has been working as an Executive Director at Prointer and as Software Channel Sales Representative for Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania at IBM. He completed bachelor studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade.

He holds a BS in Energy Engineering and an honorary Doctor of Sciences in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Dragi Ralić, Director of ICT Center, EPS Distribucija
Dragi Ralić graduated from the Technical Faculty in Čačak, with bachelor degree in electrical engineering. He has worked in the private sector for 13 years in several telecommunication companies as a Contractor, Technical Director, and Director. After several years of working at Elektrosrbija Directorate, he was promoted to the Head of the Telecommunications Department at the Directorate of Management, and then transferred to the post of Deputy Director of the Information Technology Directorate. In May 2015, he was appointed as a Director of IT.
Rade Repić, Leading IT Engineer in the Information and Communication Technologies Department, Elektroprenos BIH
Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Banja Luka, with bachelor degree in electrical engineering. Mr. Repić has worked in Elektroprivreda of Republic of Srpska for 4 years, then after establishing of Elektroprenos-Elektroprijenos BiH a.d. Banja Luka as single company for the transmission of electric power, he has moved into Directorate of company, tasked with various IT related positions. After establishing Department for Information and communication technologies as unit in the Directorate, Mr. Repić took position of Senior IT engineer and participated in various IT related projects.
